Samsung unlock instructions :

1. put sim card in the phone it will ask for the unlock code
2. now dial the NCK CODE press ok/done button on the keypad

2. now dial the MCK CODE press ok/done button on the keypad
3. wait 10 seconds and now press unlock , it says unsuccessfull 
4. now reboot/restart your samsung mobile phone 
5. it ask for unlock code , now dial NCK code press ok/done button on the keypad
6. wait 10 seconds now press unlock , you will see successfull means its unlocked
7. if it still not work than try to make the phone full reset/hardreset than try.
